    4. While I was reading this book it felt like I was having a personal conversation with Dr. Borysenko. The information is delivered with great emphasis on helping the reader really understand and clarify the science of eating as it relates to who I am . I think there are a lot of people out there confused and dazed about what to eat, I for one! Great personal antidotes, spot on science and motivation to discover what to eat and why. I highly recommend it!

Lots of old information reinforced and updated as well as new information I've never heard before. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in eating a healthy diet.
